When you register, you'll get an email with more information about what to expect and right before the program begins, you'll get an email with a link to members portal with all your course content, and a link to join our live calls. You'll get one new lesson with meditation and workbook per week for sixteen weeks, plus twenty weeks of live coaching calls with your group. The weekly calls are your chance to get support, help and specific strategies for whatever you're struggling with each week... or celebrate all your wins. It's also your chance to connect with others in the program and hear from those who are further ahead in their journey so you hear first hand, what to expect.
After the first 16 weeks, you'll have the option of continuing the weekly calls for as long as you want to, in the after-care program. When you stay in the after-care program, you also have access to retaking the course (for FREE) as many times as you'd like with new groups. This means, you can take all the time in the world to go through the program. There's no rush, you can't fall behind or fail. You move through it at your own pace.
This is not a weight-loss program. You don't need another weight-loss program. You already know how to lose weight and you know it never stays off. Anyway, I know you're busy and E-CET is not here to consume your life with more things to do. It's about giving you new tools to integrate into your life, as it is. It's not about an entire lifestyle overhaul, or spending hours "working on yourself" every day.
This is about meeting you where you are, not trying to make you fit into our agenda.
We want to make life easier, not harder. The biggest time commitment is in the first sixteen weeks, but even that is minimal and there's no pressure to 'keep up'. Each week for the first sixteen weeks, there's a short video lesson, a workbook and our group calls. These are typically 1-2 hours long. After that, there's no new content, but there are four more weeks of weekly live calls. This is to give you extra time to integrate what you learned or get caught up on any weeks of content that you missed.
Refunds are not possible due to the nature of the program.
But also, because frankly, part of what makes E-CET work is your commitment to the process and financial accountability helps ensure this. It's far easier to quit on yourself when you have less skin in the game, as they say. I've seen this play out over and over again for the free and lower-cost programs I offer. The completion rate on those is abysmal compared to the completion rate on E-CET.
But I do want your investment to be as risk-free as possible, so I always have a 100% rollover policy in place.
This means that if, after enrolling, you find that life gets busier than expected (or for whatever reason) you find you cannot complete the program with your group, I'll roll you over into a future group cohort at zero additional cost. And, for as long as you're an active member, you can retake the program with future groups as many times as you like.

No pressure! If you join the group or VIP option, you have all the time you need to complete the course content. If you don't finish it during the first round, you'll have the option of making use of the robust after-care program where you'll have all the time you need to finish it and even take it again for FREE with the next cohort(s).
Well... you could. And I encourage you to try it, because if that works for you, great!
But I'm willing to bet you've already been trying that - probably for many years with little to no change.

This isn't so much a question, but definitely something I hear often and it's something many clients are concerned about. Often, we don't talk about or admit our "weight and food stuff" with anyone, so getting real about it with other people feels scary. But talking about it, especially with other women who have the same lived experience makes a world of difference. You start feeling seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Those things are priceless because we are literally hard-wired for connection and belonging. And here, you belong. Exactly as you are. There's so much power and room for healing in having a space like that.
Remember that everyone in the group is there for the same reason you are. They're all in the same boat, and I've been in it too. We all get it, so it truly is the safest place to share.
And it's all 100% confidential.
But if the group element is the only thing holding you back, there are new self-study and private options available, as well... though experience tells me, the group, as scary as it might feel, really is the best place for you.
That's up to you, but based on my experience, the group is the best bang for your buck.
These are my thoughts, if it helps...
Self-study courses are notorious for having abysmally low compliance and completion rates. I only include it as an option because I know some people do prefer it and will follow through, but if you're someone who has a history of buying self-study courses and not following through on them, I don't recommend this option. While you do get weekly check-ins via email to help with some troubleshooting, it's not the same as attending a live call where you can:
The private option does include the group in addition to private sessions, which give you a more personalized feel, but because I keep the groups so small, most clients feel like they get all the one on one time they need, even in the groups. I'm not here to try to sell you something you don't need and it's likely that you won't find you need one-on-one calls. If you're on the fence, you can always add them later if you feel like you need them. Though, I know some people just prefer one on one and if that's you, cool, the option is there!
Currently, the calls are on Tuesdays at 12pm EST but this is subject to change. We move the calls around based on what works best for everyone. I also add additional calls to break up the groups if they begin getting too full.
You cannot heal in the same environment that made you sick, as they say.
So, it's decision time. You can either continue fighting, futilely trying to control your weight and food intake, to make yourself eat the 'right' things, living that inner war that's been stealing so much of your life and harming your health.
...you can start making peace, trusting yourself and your body, living and eating from love rather than fear, and actually changing the driving forces behind why you can't stop craving the 'bad' things, so those patterns have a chance to naturally fade away into nothing more than a distant memory.
