How it Works...
Each week for 6 weeks you'll get a new, short new video lesson from me. Each lesson builds on the last, helping you dive into and shift your patterns around food, your body and more. (Value: $997)
Every single week, for sixteen weeks (with the option of continuing as long as you want to attend), we'll get together on Zoom together with the other members of your group. This is your chance to practice the tools and skills you're learning, get individual help and support for any struggles you encounter, celebrate your wins and connect with other fun, loving women who know exactly what you're going through. This is typically most people's favorite part of the program. (Value: $1297)
Along with each video lesson, you'll get a short guided meditation that compliment the lesson. (Value: $97)
You'll also have access to a private library of short, beginner (and all body-friendly) yoga videos designed specifically for ease and healing to help you start feeling better and more mobile in your body. (Value: $197)
Inside your private members portal you'll find all the weekly lessons, meditations, workbook and more. Your workbooks include worksheets to go along with each week's lesson. You’ll have access to the content in your portal for one year or as long as you remain a member. (Value: $497)
In addition to the community support you get in the weekly live calls, you'll have access to me and the other members of your group all week long in the private online community. This is safe space, away from the eyes of social media where you can access all the extra love and support you need through the week. (Value: $197)
There's also a robust (optional) after-care program in place to make sure you have all the time you need to make the changes you want to make. When you register, you'll get instant access to the members portal with your course content. You'll get one new lesson with meditation and workbook per week for eight weeks, plus sixteen weeks of live coaching calls with your group. The weekly calls are your chance to get support, help and specific strategies for whatever you're struggling with each week... or celebrate your wins. :) After the first 16 weeks, you'll have the option of continuing the weekly calls for as long as you want to, in the after-care program. When you stay in the after-care program, you also have access to retaking the course (for FREE) as many times as you'd like with new groups. This means, you can take all the time in the world to go through the program. There's no rush, you can't fall behind or fail. You move through it at your own pace.
This is not a weight loss program. You don't need another weight loss program. You already know how to lose weight and you know it never stays off. E-CET is a weight neutral program. That means our priority together will be focused on how you feel, how you want to feel and whatever is keeping you from feeling that way. E-CET will help you create freedom and peace in your life. It will help you relearn to trust your body, and yourself, to free you from the thought and behavior patterns that may cause you to make choices that keep you from feeling and living your best.
A lot of things make it different.
👉 Many programs that promise "food freedom" still focus way too heavily on food and they don't get at the heart of all the reasons why we eat self-destructively. And the truth is, as long as you're still focused on what you're eating, you can't really focus on why you're eating because the obsessions over what, overpower your ability to get clear on why.
👉 In addition to that, until I created E-CET, mindful or intuitive eating were the two most popular options for healing your relationship with food. But I tried both of those myself when I was trying to heal my own and neither, on their own, worked for me. BUT, the combination of them both plus, cognitive behavioral strategies, meditation and mind-body connection work were my miracle answer. That's why I created E-CET - because the other options, on their own, were not enough.

Seriously, think about it for a second. Think about all the time and energy you’d have if you weren’t constantly obsessing, stressing and feeling ashamed. So much more time, right? ;)
Anyway, I know you're busy and the E-CET Academy is not here to consume your life with more things to do. It's about giving you new tools to integrate into your life, as it is. It's not about an entire lifestyle overhaul, or spending hours "working on yourself" every day.
We want to make life easier, not harder. The biggest time commitment is in the first eight weeks and even that is minimal. Each week for the first eight weeks, there's a short video lesson, a workbook and our group calls. These are typically 1-2 hours long. After that, there's no new content, but there are eight more weeks of weekly coaching calls. This is to give you extra time to integrate what you learned or get caught up on any weeks of content that you missed.
You have all the time you need to complete the course content. If you don't finish it during the first four months, you'll have the option of making use of the robust after-care program where you'll have all the time you need to finish it and even take it again for FREE with the next cohort.
Listen, I get it. I really do. You've started more programs and plans than you can even count over the years and you've quit every one of them. You're scared to try again, especially with something so different. The truth is, I can't tell you for sure that you won't quit this too. But what I can tell you for sure is that I exclusively work with women just like you - women who have a history of quitting everything else and not one person who joined in the last year quit before achieving the results they wanted. In fact the last round had a 100% completion rate, the one before that, 95%. Because I've meticulously crafted every single detail to support your success and this is a process unlike anything you've ever done before. There's no guilt, judgment, restriction, deprivation, feelings of failure, or any of that stuff that comes from the things you've tried already. Helping you start feeling better and doing things that align with your wants and needs is the entire goal of this process.

That's the heart of this work which makes it a whole lot easier to not want to quit! And when you practice the new skills long enough, there isn't even anything to quit because your brain completely changes so it all just becomes your new normal.
This isn't so much a question but definitely something I hear often and it's something many clients are concerned about. Often, we don't talk about or admit our "weight and food stuff" with anyone so getting real about it with other people feels scary. But talking about it, especially with other women who have the same lived experience makes a world of difference. You start feeling seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Those things are priceless because we are literally hard-wired for connection and belonging. And here, you belong. Exactly as you are.
Remember that everyone in the group is there for the same reason you are. They're all in the same boat, and I've been in it too. We all get it so it truly is the safest place to share. And it's all 100% confidential.
Currently, the calls are on Wednesdays at 12:30pm EST but this is subject to change. We move the calls around based on what works best for everyone.
