Overview: Reclaim Your Plate is an immersive 5-day workshop series designed to provide a focused and transformative experience.
OBJECTIVES
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the core principles and frameworks of E-CET, its evidence-based modalities and how they work together to create lasting change.
Explore the impact of societal influences on perceptions of food, body, and health, develop strategies to redefine personal definitions of healthy eating and living and discover why that's vital to supporting your overall well-being, long term.

Roni Davis
Award-Winning Coach, Speaker, Author, Podcast Host & Founder of E-CET
I spent over 8 years in the fitness industry as an Award-Winning Personal Trainer + Nutrition and Wellness Coach & Nationally Qualified Figure Champion. But I also spent almost 3 decades struggling with my weight, disordered eating, and many years with bulimia, and binge eating.
After spending years healing, over five years ago, I quit the health and fitness industry, bundled everything I learned along the way into a simple system I call Embodied Cognitive Eating Training and I've been helping women break unhealthy patterns with food, end their weight and food wars and redefined healthy and eating living, ever since.
Frequently Asked Questions
Because of the interactive nature of the workshops, it's highly recommended to attend as many as you can live but if you can't make any, there will be recordings that you can watch in your own time.
Each workshop will run between 60 and 90 minutes. Beyond that, you'll have a few minutes of self-exploration exercises per day.
