It's time for a paradigm shift
Healthy eating and living in our current paradigm revolve around all the things we're always told we "should" be doing to control ourselves, our health, our bodies and our weight; usually based on what other people tell us is best for us.
That's a problem because:
Trying to make ourselves do what we think we "should" be doing keeps us disconnected from ourselves and what we actually need.
It's a fear-based paradigm that harms our relationships with ourselves, our bodies and food and creates unhealthy patterns.
It all ignores our conditioning, that is, why we make the choices we make for ourselves and our bodies that we do.
It's a fundamentally broken system that's failing more people than it's helping.
E-CET is very different.
The bottom line.
It's way past time to start reimaging how you think about healthy eating and living. Those things shouldn't cause fear, shame and guilt every time you can't stick to them, nor should they be something you're trying to stick to in the first place. Supporting your health and well-being should be easy and feeling at home in your body, natural.

After spending over eight years as an award-winning personal trainer and (traditional) nutrition and wellness coach, I'm on a mission to change the way we think about and approach healthy eating and living.
In my view, the only real path to true healthy eating and living is through wholehearted being.
E-CET (Embodied Cognitive Eating Training) is the process by which I teach clients to do that.
What is a wholehearted being approach?
Healthy eating and living through wholehearted being helps you build a foundation rooted firmly in your own self-love and worthiness. This is required because how we feel about ourselves impacts every aspect of our lives, including how we treat ourselves and our bodies. From there, you'll learn to make choices for yourself and your body through four main pillars of being:
in this moment and your body so you can break the conditioning that drives unhealthy behaviors
to your inner world - your thoughts, feelings, communication from your body about what you need
about your inner experiences in this moment, with gentle awareness, self-compassion and non-judgment
with your thoughts, behaviors, and responses - intentionally choosing kindness, gratitude, love

Before I struggled so much with food. I was always restricting and then overeating. I couldn’t accept myself and always wanted to be thinner. Now my self-love is incredible. I never felt this way before - it has changed completely. I don’t judge myself. I don’t think about food as much. I eat whatever I want without feeling guilty and I feel so much better in my body - not bloated or anything. I'm so much more connected with my body, too. I used to think I had a problem with self-control because I couldn’t stop eating until I was super full and now I can. I don't eat myself sick anymore - I have the power to stop.

I feel so much lighter & wake up with a smile on my face and a song in my heart, instead of the sense of dread that I used to. I have grown & changed more in a few weeks with Cognitive Eating than I ever have with any psychiatrist, or in any other program I've ever done including over more than 30 years of therapy, counseling, or even overeaters anonymous. All as a result of being able to be willing to find a gentler, softer way to be at peace and heal the disconnect between my mind and my body.
The guilt & shame I felt around food is all gone. All that old negotiating in my head over what I should or shouldn’t eat... gone. It’s really quite something. But the biggest change I’ve experienced in working with Roni has been that I went from feeling like I was a victim to my cravings and weaknesses to actually having the power to make choices. I’m not a helpless victim to those things anymore.
