E-CET recognizes that the choices we make are driven by our brains, often completely subconsciously—without conscious intellectual activity (such as thinking, reasoning or remembering) or without connection to the wisdom and communication of our bodies.
It's a weight-neutral guided process that teaches clients to reconnect with, listen to, and trust the wisdom of their own bodies, while intentionally re-engaging the conscious intellect—all from a foundation that is firmly rooted in their own worthiness.
E-CET relies on four main pillars of being to assist this process of reimagining healthy eating and living through wholehearted being—being present, connected, curious and intentional.
This results in not only creating healthier eating and thinking habits, but also healthier relationships with food, themselves and their bodies... and ultimately greater health, happiness and well-being as a whole.
